Welcome to Lodgingwithall

A New Castle, New Hampshire, boutique hotel is like a work of art - hard to define, but you know one when you see one. A boutique hotel implies a lodging that is small and intimate, yet active and full of energy. A 21st century New Castle boutique hotel is much more complex than a conventional branded New Hampshire hotel. A boutique is a one-of-a-kind lodging experience.

New Hampshire boutique hotels have individual personalities, unique to a city or market. New Castle boutique hotels are usually smaller properties, generally range from 20 to 150 rooms. The smaller property helps to create a more intimate guest experience.

Food and beverage are essential to a New Castle boutique hotel. The guest restaurant experience should be extraordinary, which creates buzz for the New Hampshire hotel.

New Castle boutique hotels target each guest individually, as a market of one. The New Hampshire hotel must create a personal experience tailored to each guest that is completely service oriented. Service and amenities should be tailored to each guest's individual preferences. Boutique hotels are usually upscale, rated 4 stars or higher.

Boutique hotels are typically housed in an an older, unique structure that was converted from another use. These structures help the property exude a unique personality for a guest stay. Location of the property is usually not important for the guest experience.

New Hampshire boutique hotels create a combination of design and service that appeals to specific compatible interests. When a guest enters a New Castle boutique hotel, he will immediately feel at home and find other people there like him. Everything in the hotel must have a purpose for making the guest experience more personalized.

When developing a boutique hotel, psychological and marketing research is used to make emotional connections with brands and products. The boutique hotel property uses this research to create a memorable theme to attract guests.

Resolved Question: Cheap lodgin near ski mountains?

A few times when I was younger I stayed at a few cheap lodgings near big mountains in Vermont and New Hampshire. The upstairs were several large rooms with bunks in them, and the down stairs were dining and arcade areas. They also usually came with dinner and or breakfast. What are these things called? Ski lodges? Ski hostels? I've tried to find some online, but have been unable to. Thanks

Voting Question: Will anyone come to my wedding if the closest airport is almost 3 hours away?

I live in NJ and most of my family members live in the tri-state area. I found a lovely lodge in New Hampshire that would be a perfect spot for a winter time wedding, but it is an 8 and a half hour drive from my house and even if you flew the closest airport is almost 3 hours away. Do you think anyone would come to my wedding if it is this remote? Would it be selfish of me to have a wedding in such a distant location? I would pay for my family members to spend the night in the lodge.

Resolved Question: Winter lodge in the Northeast?

I live in Boston and I would like to get out of the city in December to a mountain lodge or a cottage for a week. Areas I am interested in are New Hampshire, Maine and Vermont. I am looking for something secluded and quiet. I don't need shopping and I don't need a lot of people either. I'm not looking to ski, just to be a hermit for a week, relax with a good book by a fireplace. A nearby car rental or bus accessibility is important too.

Resolved Question: Any pet friendly ski resorts or rentals in NY or VT?

I'm looking to stay in a 1-bedroom hotel/condo/rental, possibly slopeside in Vermont, New York, or New Hampshire. Are there any that offer pet friendly lodging?

Resolved Question: I need help Identifing Adjectives.?

I need help Identifing the adjectives in this paragraph and the words they modify. Do not list articles. 1)Becky effortlessly skated ahead to the lift shed. 2)The encumbered motion of walking on skies, not natural to him, made Ethan asthmatic: a fish out of water. 3) He touched his parka pocket, to check that the inhalator was there. . . 4) The clock on the lodge wall said a quater to noon. 5) The giant thermometer read two degrees above zero. 6) The racks outside were dense as hedges with idle skies. 7) Crowds, any sensation of crowding or delat, quickened his asthma; as therapy he imagined the emptiness, the blue freedom, at the top of the mountain. 8) The clatter of machinery inside the shed, was comforting, and enough teen-age boys were boarding gondolas to make the ascent seem normal and safe. 9) Ethan's breathing eased. Becky proficiently handed her poles to the loader points up; her father was always caught by surprise, and often as not fumbled the little maneuver of letting his skies be taken from him. 10) Until, five years ago, he had become an assistant professor at a New Hampshire college an hour to the south, he had never skied; he had lived in those Middle Atlantic cities where snow. . . is only an encumbering nuisance, a threat of suffocation. Thank you:)

Resolved Question: How is the first part of the first chapter on my book? Feel free to be ruthless. Just tell me WHY!?

Chapter 1 “A First Tour” The monster stalked a boy through the crowded streets, missing bumping into people by just inches. It hulked a good two feet above the majority. What was most notable was its crocodile-like head and its rat-like body. Its hands appeared to be green talons. The strangest thing was that nobody noticed it. They didn’t even turn their heads to look and simply walked right by. Just a little more. Just a little more until he could quench his searing hunger. The boy turned into an alley. Perfect! The monster followed. The alley was dark and the early morning mist obscured the surroundings and made a barrier to the street. Just in front of him the boy stopped before a metal fence. He was trapped. The monster lunged at him, its salivating jaws stretched open to cleave the meaty flesh in two. It could just feel the boy’s bones being crushed with delightful snaps and his warm blood flowing, thick, into his mouth. Jingle, jingle. The sound of bells echoed from behind it. Instinctively, the monster spun around, mid lunge. Two slit, emerald eyes stared at him from the fog. It came closer, revealing a large jet black body and head. A big red bow with giant black bells on the ends was tied around its neck. A cat. It had two tails. The monster snarled at it. The cat did not flinch. The monster dived for the cat but it slipped to the side, just out if its reach in just the last second. Angry, the monster tried a second time, raking at it with its talons, the boy forgotten for now. This time though, the cat moved. In a swift horizontal swing of its paw, the monster’s talon was sliced off and landed with a thump on the ground beside it. Red blood poured out of his newly opened wound. The monster screamed a beastly roar. “Nice work.” the boy said to the cat who was sheathing claws the length of its body. He dropped his hood. The boy had the most unblemished and angelic face seen on a human yet. Blinded by rage, the monster started rampaging. The boy laughed. “How ugly.” He then proceeded to produce a slim, white sword, decorated with intricate carvings and designs. “We’re meeting the new student after this,” said the cat. “Try not to make this too messy.” “Sure thing.” The monster attacked. *** Ryan had never seen such an enormous institute before. Nestled in the middle of a god-knows-where forest in New Hampshire, he had to be driven there by the school chauffeurs. Yes, the school even had chauffeurs. It was larger than an university campus! Then again this academy apparently had a university section too, so it was somewhat understandable and so far, most of it seemed to be dead space anyways. What was not understandable though, was that there were only about four-hundred and fifty students enrolled who were using such a large space and that tuition, food and lodging were all free. Ryan walked down the street rolling a large, black suitcase that had been packed almost to bursting. He turned to a large, red brick building. According to the map he had in his hand, this was where the headmaster’s office was supposed to be. Maybe. He had already tried and failed four different locations. The first being the science department, the second being the arts department, the third being the elementary department and the most recent being a girls’ dormitory. Ryan crossed his left fingers and opened the door with his right. A sign on the wall indicated that the headmaster’s office was only two floors up and to his left. He sighed with relief and started to drag his luggage up the winding marble stairs for two floors. The perfectly white and polished marble again made him wonder about the budget of the academy. Wait until all of his siblings heard about this, he thought. When he reached the door, his knuckle hovered for a moment, lifted out in front of him. He was suddenly nervous. The whole idea of a school like this was new to him. It changed what he had been thinking, what he had known for years. If only that event hadn’t taken place…No! Ryan shook his head in defiance. He would not dwell on what had passed and he had asked to specially take the test so that he could have the power and access to the resources to make it right. With a new confidence, Ryan knocked on the door. “You’re late!” came a voice from inside. It had an English accent and was a strange pitch, like an automated voice of a toddler girl. Ryan scanned around the room. There were two boys there but the only thing in the direction where the voice had come from was a creepily large English doll that had been propped up on the plush, red chair it was occupying. “Hello,” Ryan said to the two who were in the room. Apparently he had missed the directions again. The boy who sat in a navy blue chair opposite of the doll was probably around twelve and the other boy who sat behind the desk i I'm a 15 year old and this is my first novel. Sorry for the length!

Resolved Question: Why is this Ron Paul senior aide & Bob Barr aide pleading for Libertarians to vote McCain/Palin?

FISCALLY CONSERVATIVE, SOCIALLY TOLERANT, PRO-DEFENSE! November 2, 2008 I have been a lifetime Libertarian Party activist, for over 25 years. I’ve served in numerous capacities, including on the Libertarian National Committee, as a Libertarian State Rep. candidate, and as Ron Paul’s Personal Travel Aide in his 1988 Libertarian Presidential campaign. I’ve also served as Ron Paul’s Congressional Campaign Coordinator and as his Senior Congressional Aide for 7 years, 1997-2004. This election year, I’ve been supporting Libertarian Presidential candidate Bob Barr. As a matter of fact, I’m the very guy who recruited his running mate Wayne Root into the race. Since the Spring, I’ve been the Party’s lead petitioner around the Nation. I’ve collected tens of thousands of signatures to get Barr/Root on the ballot in Illinois, Ohio, Kentucky, New Hampshire, Connecticut, Maine and Rhode Island. However, I was greatly encouraged by McCain’s pick of Sarah Palin for his VP. Palin has a solid libertarian background. In 2005/06 she was the guest speaker at two Libertarian Party meetings in Anchorage. She Up until now, I’ve encouraged my fellow Libertarians to follow their conscience and vote for either McCain/Palin or for Barr/Root, if it suits them better. I now believe, two days before Election Day, that this campaign is just too critical to risk on such a strategy, and if Libertarians won’t put the liberty of our country ahead of our party ambitions, who else in this country will? Obama is fundamentally opposed to virtually all libertarian stances on all issues. From taxes, to freedom of speech, to protecting property rights, to putting a halt to the ever-encroaching Nanny-state, and 4 years of an Obama Presidency will have disastrous results for liberty, and supporters of the limited government view. As evidence of this, Obama has taken to lodge a full frontal assault on the libertarian movement within the last couple days. In two separate speeches Obama accused McCain/Palin of supporting tax cuts because they believed in the “Virtue of Selfishness." ABC News confirmed that the phrase was most likely a direct hit at libertarian icon Philosopher Ayn Rand. By attacking Individualist philosophy, in essence, Obama has declared war on libertarians and the libertarian movement in these closing days of Election ‘08. How should libertarians respond? It is now my strong feeling that libertarians nationwide, and most assuredly my fellow Libertarian Party members, should strongly consider casting their votes for Republicans John McCain and Sarah Palin. The libertarian movement would be best served with an Obama defeat. Bob Barr has been polling around 1 to 1.5% in recent polls. A Research 2000/Daily Kos poll released just Friday, had Barr at a full 2%. That is more than enough to cause McCain/Palin to go down to defeat. As we all know, a good 90% of Libertarian votes come directly out of the GOP column. I urge my Libertarian friends, especially those in “swing states” to shift these final days to McCain/Palin. Those States that are especially critical include: New Hampshire, Virginia, North Carolina, Pennsylvania, Ohio, Missouri, Colorado, New Mexico and Nevada. McCain/Palin lead Obama/Biden in the latest poll out of Wyoming with 68% to 32%. A Libertarian vote cast for Barr/Root in Wyoming, or even Utah, Idaho, Alabama, Kansas, and my native Texas, would not cause any harm. But Libertarians in the critical swing states must now weigh their vote very seriously and with great caution. Do we want a guarantee of tax increases for virtually all taxpayers, more federalization of education, more pork barrel spending, and continuation of affirmative action quotas, a return of the so-called Fairness Doctrine intended to silence the voice of libertarians and conservatives across the nation? Or, do we want a friendly ear in a confirmed Libertarian Party friend and ally in the office of the Vice-Presidency of the United States. For these reasons, I am voting for McCain/Palin on Tuesday and I urge all of my Libertarian friends to do the same. Our party has made great gains and that is important. Nobody in the libertarian movement has worked harder than I have to assure those gains. But at this moment in history, we must stand with our conservative friends, against a massive affront upon liberty and freedom itself. I call upon all freedom loving libertarians to consider this situation carefully and stand with me! Eric Dondero LIBERTARIANS FISCALLY CONSERVATIVE, SOCIALLY TOLERANT, PRO-DEFENSE!
