Resolved Question: Where to stay in Montana?
We will be going in at the end of May/beg. of June...for about a week. We are not interested in skiing. We would really like to stay in a lodge, but would not even consider paying over 200/night. Cabins seem too secluded. Hotels seem too commercial. Basically I'm thinking a lodge is like a big log cabin that operates like a hotel.
We are somewhat interested in traveling to Yellowstone, but would consider visiting another park instead if there were better/cheaper accomodations. We are pretty open, but really want to be in Montana.
I'm also considering bed & breakfasts? I've never stayed in one, but that seems like it might be a good option too...

Resolved Question: looking for a romantic mountain getaway spot?
my boyfriend and i are looking to take a vacation this winter and we would like to go to someplace wintery, like a mountain resort or lodge or something like that. we were thinking of someplace like Colorado/Wyoming/Montana, etc. (in the united states!) however, we don't know of any good places to go and searching online is not doing much good. we want to know of a place that it a little secluded and romantic but a place where there is still stuff to do that a couple can enjoy (hopefully a place with a hot tub also). we are not looking for a ski resort because we wont be doing any skiing while we are on vacation. maybe next time but this time we are just looking for a relaxing getaway. our budget isnt super cheap but we cant afford a $3000 a week place either. any help and suggestions would be great.

Resolved Question: Divorce with my uncle and aunt help? They don't care about anyone's feelings and everything?
My uncle and my aunt has 3 kids. They are getting divorce. I don't know why or how come. Some of my friends parents are divorce but when they told them how they felt, well they really did not even care. And that hurts badly. At least their parents found better ones. My uncle and my aunt usually comes to Red Lodge Montana (where I live) for the 4th of July. They usually go to the rodeo and visit. Their younger son which my family and I hate is Austin. Austin uses bad language and hurts people. He is about 7 or 8. Amber and Ashley are his older sisters. I don't want my uncle and my aunt to become divorce. Also, they smoke. What should I do.
If anyone says that it is none of my business well you are going to be having a abuse report. Because, I want to help them and it is my business because they are a part of my family. If you were me then you should care. I do care about them. I do not like it if they smoke, fight, and others.
Also, this does involves me in it. Wow, all lot of people were being harsh and they rest of you that I did not get a low rate on your advice was good.
I still think that this involves me and my cousins. This is going to be hard on me, cousins. I don't really care if anyone cares about this but I do. The only thing I want them is to not get a divorce. They are the perfect couple. Stop being harsh on me and help me.

Resolved Question: TRUE or FALSE: In one of the strangest cross-overs ever - " Archie " got hunted down by the " Punisher "?
There have been numerous cross-overs featuring
the likes of Batman and Superman, Hulk and the
X-Men, and many others ---
but there has never been a more unusual crossover
as the one time everybody's favorite "eternal"
teenager Archie Andrews and the whole gang at
Riverdale met up with the ruthless vigilante
"The Punisher" ....
Frank Castle, aka "The Punisher" goes on the trail
of "Red" Fever...
The story is fairly simple (and a tad cliched).
The Punisher was on the trail of "Red" Fever
(who also went by the names Melvin Jay, Montana
Bob, and Freckles).
The criminal had fled to Riverdale, so The Punisher
and his partner Micro Chip followed. In the meantime,
Red (as Melvin Jay) had established his credentials
to Mr. Lodge as the chairman of the board of Pulaski Pharmaceuticals. Both Mr. Lodge and Veronica noticed
Red's uncanny resemblance to Archie Andrews.
This is where all bets are off as the Punisher sets out
for the hunt....
and winds up with Archie in his sights....

Resolved Question: What is the owner liability for a private airstrip in Oregon if it is opened up to the public?
The Question:
What is the liability of a family/small business (lodge with cabins) if you allow other pilots to land on your strip and there is a crash?
The Backstory:
We have an airstrip on our property in Southern Oregon. It has always been designated an emergency strip, meaning we can fly in and out, but everyone else only lands there if it's an "emergency".
Well, we recently told a random guy who inquired about landing there, "It's an emergency strip, but we wont tell anyone if you land there," and shortly after he put our strip on a list of landing spots opened to the public, albeit it with a "technically it's emergency only" tag. W e started getting a steady 1 plane a week. We asked the website owner to take our strip off the list and he complied, but we are still getting some traffic.
We run a lodge on the property and rent rooms and cabins, and so if we could open it up to people and let everyone fly in, we'd love to, but what happens if someone crashes? It is a pretty tricky landing (as most airstrips in the mountains are). I've read that Montana and Idaho have basically passed laws that say airstrips are "land at your own risk", but I'm hoping someone can tell me what the policy is for Oregon, or where to find it. Google searches have been so far, unsuccessful.
Thank you!
